Request mitigation empowers process owners to keep processes moving
Members of a process owner role will have the ability to restart and reassign a task that is in progress. This allows for corrections to processes in production and reinitialization of the task flow. Additionally, these process owners will be able to roll back a request to a certain task and cancel a request at any time.
