Integrify's Forms-to-Flow Service
Bringing your paper-based forms to the web has never been easier. With Integrify's Forms-to-Flow Service, you can put your forms on your public website or corporate intranet and include automatic notifications to persons responsible for approvals or fulfilling tasks. This is not just making it easy for users to submit your forms on a
webpage, this is also about defining a process behind the form and capturing an audit trail of the activity after a form submission. By leveraging Integrify's award winning Request Management software with its widget architecture, you will have forms on your webpages in no time.
1. Send us a form highlighting the approval and notification steps behind the form.
2. We create the form and configure the process that will capture approvals and task statuses in your hosted Integrify OnDemand account (we can always make form or routing definition changes when needed!).
3. We'll provide the form widget (a simple snippet of code that can be placed within your webpage HTML) for you to include on your site (form accessibility can also be provided from within the Integrify Portal).
4. Once users start submitting your forms, approvers can review and take action from the Integrify Portal or through open task widgets on your corporate intranet.
5. Process/Form Owners can easily track the progress of form submissions and report on key information.
The Forms-to-Flow Service is a service where every customer has their own secure hosted account to centralize and manage their forms and processes while making user interaction with forms all within your own enviroment. This flexibility provides users comfort in locating and simply completing out your forms on your existing sites.
Integrify's robust process execution engine includes email notifications, task reminders, conditional routing based on form data and configurable tasks (i.e.. tell us the options you want the approvers to have for their tasks). Don't forget reports! Integrify includes metric and custom reports that allow you to track the status of your forms,
approvals and fulfillment tasks.
Once you provide a form to us, we will provide a fee estimate on creating the form with your routing steps. Most forms typically fall in the 3-5 hour range costing roughly $500 per form/process.
Cost is $6,500/year for the service. Includes 3 forms (each having up to 5 steps/tasks) with 10 concurrent user capacity. Additional 5 form packs can be added for $6,000/year. Additional 5 concurrent user packs can be added for $5,400/year.
