Industry Leader in Enterprise Request Management (ERM) solutions, Integrify is seeking Business Process Developers/Integrators with strong business analysis and process flow skills, with proven ability to understand, re-engineer, improve, and implement complex business processes. Candidates will lead process and workflow management projects using Integrify’s ERM system. This development may require defining and implementing integration with other applications.
Strong experience working with business users to determine business requirements. Candidate will lead development tasks using Integrify’s ERM software. This development requires developing the technical design to support customer business specifications, software integration, UAT support, and process deployment. Strong experience working with management to understand the business drivers to improve business processes and implement changes.
Candidate will also provide web-based and onsite training for customers. This position requires approximately 10-20% travel (mostly North America) for delivering of training at customer or partner sites.

Five (5) years software development experience:

- Ability to work as a stand-alone technical resource on a project.
Minimum Five (5) years consulting experience, including travel-based engagements.
- Minimum five (5) years experience designing, developing, and implementing small, medium, and large-scale applications in Windows production environments.
- The ability to quickly understand the overall business strategy, to analyze the business processes, and to develop technical solutions to support the business strategy.
- Superior interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with peers on technical solutions.
