Senior Enterprise Software Account Manager

Job Description/Details

We are seeking candidates that can partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account Manager will to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities for our SaaS and services-based solutions.

You will work closely with the CEO, leadership team, prospects and customers to drive sales strategies and tactics that support revenue goals in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

You will work out of the Integrify Chicago office with travel to customer sites.

Account Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Integrify customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiating account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

What is an Integrify account manager?

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and developing customer churn and growth reports. The Account Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and improve the entire customer experience. Our ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.

Ultimately, a successful Account manager will collaborate with our sales and marketing team to achieve sales quotas and grow our business.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Integrify customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. churn rate, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Expand intelligence within account to identify key contacts and projects.
  • Work with Marketing to engage customers on an individual and broad basis.
  • Understand business impact of existing footprint to drive increased revenue
  • Develop champions within customer to generate larger opportunities
  • Work with sales/service/support teams to ensure customers are onboarded properly.
  • Act as liaison between customer and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager in Enterprise or SaaS software, Key account manager or other relevant experience (ideally BPM or Workflow software)
  • Ability to identify and sell new use cases of workflow and process management across departments within Integrify’s customers.
  • Experience with selling SaaS based solutions.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Technical proficiency in workflow/process software or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to grow and expand footprint in accounts while focusing on value creation
  • Solid experience with CRM software (SalesForce)
  • Successful applicants will have demonstrated success selling process based applications to enterprise accounts in one or more of the following markets; BPM, ECM, Portal, or Web 2.0 application development environments
  • Ability to travel to customer sites
