StubHub Chooses Integrify OnDemand for Call Center Processes
OnDemand process management chosen to simplify customer-facing processes
Chicago, IL - November 13th, 2006 - Integrify Software, Inc., a leading provider of web-based enterprise request management software, announced that StubHub, Inc, a live event resale marketplace, has chosen the Integrify OnDemand 4.0 solution to automate aspects of key customer-focused processes in its Call Center. The new system will provide Call Center employees faster access to customer status information than in the past.

According to Kimble, one of Integrify OnDemand's most important features is that it is a hosted solution, and out of all the hosted solutions they evaluated, Integrify offered the best feature set for customization in StubHub's business environment.
Integrify increases productivity because agents can access customer information and process select aspects of transactions faster. With the OnDemand solution, companies get users automated almost immediately because it's an on-line solution that requires very little set-up time.
The system currently has ten test users, but after its rollout to StubHub's call center, Integrify will be utilized by more than 100 employees.
Integrify is a flexible Enterprise Request Management (ERM) system that allows companies to automate requests and streamline processes. The software provides form creation, routing definition and tracking tools to those responsible for processing requests, minimizing data entry and simplifying requests for approval and fulfillment. Integrify is web-based, allowing for easy user accessibility and management of business processes. The solution eliminates problems typically related to labor-intensive processes such as manual paper handling and email requests, and can reduce costs per transaction 60 to 90 percent as opposed to paper-based processes.
The Integrify OnDemand solution provides the full functionality of Integrify via the Internet without the need to install and maintain software. It reduces the risk, cost and time when implementing a solution for process management. Instead of installing the software on its own site, a company can directly access the software, updates, and infrastructure, which are all maintained by Integrify, freeing up time and resources to focus on business.
Integrify 4.0, released in June, offers increased flexibility in process management, including enhanced forms management, more accessible reporting, easier-to-manage user interfaces and improved security, integration and system administration features.
