Business days and business hour configuration –
Administrators can set the company hours of operation, so that notifications, time-outs and escalations all happen when they are most likely to get seen. Customers can create processes and time based events reflective of the organization’s business hours and holiday schedule.
User Interface enhancements –
new style templates provide layout choices to best suit the audience for each process , users now can re-set their Integrify password without having to burden the process administrator and a new highlighted comments indicator will draw attention to any comments are attached to a process.
