Integrify provides software that is designed to meet the requirements of businesses of any size, in any industry, and at various stages of deployment. Licensing starts with as few as 50 named (or 10 concurrent) users and scales up to enterprise wide usage.

Integrify's solutions are available through our hosted software model, Integrify OnDemand, for a per-user-per-month price or as a server license, Integrify OnPremise.

All installed server licenses are fully supported with maintenance contracts. Configuration options for Named or Concurrent users.




Requirements for installing Integrify OnPremise include:

  • Integrify Web Server: Shared or dedicated Windows 2003 or 2008 running IIS 6.0. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
  • Database choice of either Oracle 10g (or later) or SQL Server 2005 or 2008
  • User Interfaces: Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, Firefox 3.0.6 or higher, Safari 3.2.1 or higher
  • Dedicated technical support from Integrify
  • Site and Enterprise licenses are also available.
Forms-to-Flow Service

The Forms-to-Flow Service is a service where every customer has their own secure hosted account to centralize and manage their forms and processes while making user interaction with forms all within your own enviroment.

How to get started:

  • Once you provide a form to us, we will provide a fee estimate on creating the form with your routing steps. Most forms typically fall in the 3-5 hour range costing roughly $500 per form/process.
  • Cost is $6,000/year for the service. Includes 3 forms (each having up to 5 steps/tasks) with 10 concurrent user capacity.
  • Additional 5 form packs can be added for $6,000/year. Additional 5 concurrent user packs can be added for $5,400/year.
