This holiday season, more than ever, it is important to spend quality time with your loved ones, whether it's over a zoom call with relatives and friends or having a family dinner within your household. Although this holiday season looks different from most, you should still find the time to unplug from work and be present to make the most of the holidays. 

Unplugging means not letting the stress of work hover over your head. Instead, prioritize your time to balance making lifelong memories and taking care of other responsibilities.
