Our September employee spotlight is Mike Ebner, who works on helping our customers each day with different solutions for their workflows. Thanks for all you do for Integrify and our customers, Mike!
Tell me about your role at Integrify
I work on the Services team as a Client Solutions Manager.
How long have you worked at Integrify?
I've been with Integrify for 3 years but also used the product on the customer side for 5 years, so I have worked with the Integrify platform for 8 years.
What is something you love about working for Integrify?
The assortment of assignments and the variety of people to work with on the customer side. I enjoy assisting our customers with making their jobs easier by automating processes and teaching them how to use the product efficiently. Also, I feel like it is easy to work with the various team members as each has their own strengths and understanding of the product.
What kind of problems do you like to solve?
The easy answer would be to say problems with predefined solutions, but one thing I have learned to appreciate is that the Integrify product lends itself to handle a number of different ways to resolve a business use case. Sometimes the challenge may be the solution, but often times it depends on the particular client. Treating each situation as unique allows me to devise the best solution.
What do you like to do in your free time?
During my free time, I enjoy playing with my kids, watching sports, working outside, taking long walks on the beach, and thinking about my next meal.
