Employee Spotlight: Roman Pendzich

Our December employee spotlight is Roman Pendzich, Integrify's Sales Engineer (a.k.a. our workflow wizard!) We are very grateful to have Roman on our team; thank you for all you do!

Tell me about your role at Integrify.

I'm the sales engineer and give technical support and explanations to prospective customers during the sales cycle. I run our demonstrations and develop and maintain the workflows in our demonstration environment. I also help folks learning Integrify for the first time learn how our software works.

How long have you worked at Integrify?

I've been at Integrify for five-plus years now.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy reading good books, cooking, and sailing boats in my free time.

What kind of problems do you like to solve & what types of workflows do you enjoy working on?

It's always fun when we find a new way to apply Integrify to a business problem and can present it to the customer.

What is the most exciting project you've worked on?

The most exciting project was a new product development workflow for a company that makes packaged foods. This process was comprehensive, from the initial price quote to involving the individual departments in the product estimates.
