Employee Spotlight: Toni Buffa

Integrify's Marketing Coordinator, Toni Buffa, tells us about her role at Integrify and how her time has evolved since joining the team at the end of 2021!


Tell me about your role at Integrify.

My role is marketing coordinator. In this position, I spend most of my days working on content for our customers to see. This could be anything from YouTube videos, blogs, eBooks, etc. Basically, anything that has our logo attached to it, I could be working on it!

How long have you worked at Integrify?

I started with Integrify in December of 2021.

What's your experience been like working at Integrify?

My experience at Integrify has been nothing short of amazing so far. I started this job completely remote and was slightly nervous about that at first because I am someone who enjoys human connection. Being remote was not an issue at all here though. Everyone is very friendly and open. I know I can talk to anyone or ask anyone at the company a question at any time or simply just say hello! 

What kind of problems do you like to solve?

I like to solve problems that involve there being a knowledge gap. I went into marketing originally because I liked the idea of being able to show people visually the tools or information needed to make educated decisions about products or services that would make their life easier. 

What do you like to do in your free time?

Ever since I moved to Colorado, I have really enjoyed hiking during my free time and ending a hike by enjoying a drink from any of the breweries that Colorado has to offer! You can also find me at home snuggling in with my cat, Toby. With being 100% remote, I also get the chance to go see my family and work from anywhere. This is really important to me as my family is spread out through multiple states! 

Is there anyone in particular that you really enjoy working with? 

During my time so far, I think it's fair to say that working with my boss Mike has been exceptional. Our team is strong and we all agree that we like to get stuff done! He is more than just a boss but has become a mentor for me while growing my marketing skills and knowledge in the field. I also get to work with Tom Rezk frequently and there is never a dull moment talking to him.

With Tom being in sales, it's really important that our two teams work well together and it's great that our communication is very open and he is always willing to answer any questions for me during my time ramping up. Not to mention when the three of us get on a call together, Mike, Tom, and I, it's something to look forward to because the energy is really high and we have lots of good laughs together!
