Flowchart Friday: Should You Call or Text?

This week's Flowchart Friday tackles a huge generational question, should you call them, or just send a text? There's no question that if you ask anyone this question under the age of 25 that they would say a text. One of the primary reasons why people prefer texting over calling is that it allows them to express themselves in a way that phoning does not. It allows individuals to respond at a time that is most convenient for them, as well as giving them time to consider their responses.
