New product update, increased penetration into existing accounts, new fortune 1000 customers drive highest first-half order volume in company history

Chicago, IL - July 22nd, 2008 - Integrify, an innovative global provider of Enterprise Request Management (ERM) technology, today announced that results for the first half of 2008 demonstrate the company's presence as a leader in the market continues to grow. First half 2008 results show customers' desire for the company's Software as a Service offering, Integrify OnDemand, is a key growth driver with nearly two-thirds of all new accounts choosing to utilize the hosted service. Based on pipeline visibility, Integrify expects overall growth trend to continue through 2009.

Integrify offers is a 100% Web-based solution for Enterprise Request Management (ERM) that enables companies to quickly and affordably automate requests and streamline processes. Available via a perpetual license or as a hosted service (SaaS), Integrify 4.7 makes process management faster and more cost-effective by putting the ability to develop workflow in the hands of the end users, not just the IT team, enabling faster adoption and delivering better results. In May the company introduced Integrify 4.7 an update to its core product. Included in this update was an innovation allowing customers to set a custom calendar for business days and business hours that the system follows, enabling customers to create processes and time based events reflective of the organization's business hours and holiday schedule.

"Our OnDemand product offering, now in its fourth year in the market, continues to drive growth in both revenue and new customer acquisition," says Dave Willsey, CEO, Integrify. "Ease of use is a key principal at Integrify and the ease of deployment with Integrify OnDemand, whether bringing Integrify into existing IT operations or adding departments to existing customer accounts is accelerating product adoption and proliferation within accounts."

The success of the quarter was driven by existing account growth as well as new customer wins in highly regulated fields including medical, financial services and legal sectors, where Integrify's solution for managing human-centric processes with 100% visibility has established the company as a key leader. In the first half of 2008, Integrify added three fortune 1000 companies including PCS Nitrogen (a division of Potash), Staples and Metaldyne to a growing customer roster that already includes the leader in document management services, banks on three continents and leaders in healthcare processing and pharmaceuticals.

"Approval-centric processes are an important part of all businesses. For companies of any size looking to cut costs and increase efficiencies, focusing on these processes can produce measurable benefits," said Maureen Fleming, Program Director for IDC's Business Process, Integration & Deployment Software service. "Customers are looking for simpler and faster approaches to this type of process automation."
