New Remote Sync Service for Integrify 4.5 OnDemand adds Directory Service support to its full feature set, delivering greater integration with existing enterprise systems
Chicago, IL - December 11, 2007 - Integrify Software, Inc. a leading provider of Enterprise Request software announce today that it's SaaS offering, Integrify 4.5 OnDemand, now offers full support of directory services including Active Directory and LDAP The new Remote Sync Service, is available for purchase and download immediately.
Integrify 4.5, which is available either on-premise as licensed server software or as hosted Integrify 4.5 OnDemand, offers a 100% Web-based solution to streamline business processes, centrally manage user requests from multiple locations, streamline workflow and operations, automate business processes, and provide increased compliance, visibility and efficiency across organizations.
With the new Remote Sync Service, Integrify customers can install a lightweight service on their network that extracts users on their directory, encrypts the data and then securely uploads that information via SSL to their Integrify account. Customers can choose one of three methods for managing their users in Integrify 4.5 OnDemand; Inserts, which updates Integrify when new users are added, Updates, which Synchronizes the user accounts on both systems, and Deletes, which identifies and removes users who are removed from the Directory Services. In all cases, Integrify will provide a log tracking any changes.

Integrify 4.5 OnDemand is available starting as low as $895 a month for 30 named users. The Web Services Module which includes the Remote Sync Service, Directory Services Support and enables integration with third party systems such as Remedy, Salesforce.com, SAP, etc) is available as a paid add-on to for Integrify 4.5 OnDemand.
