Lean business process management gets more elegant

Integrify has announced the availability of Version 6 of its namesake software, which is designed to further improve and enhance the business process management platform that it provides to its customers. Integrify 6 offers a 100 percent Web-based platform to centrally manage user requests from multiple locations, streamline workflow and operations, automate business processes and improve the overall customer experience.

The Integrify 6 platform introduces a number of core features that make workflow and process management more flexible and robust in all areas, according to the company, including the concept of “process apps,” where customers can easily create process applications based on their own business requirements. Process apps can be configured for many types of process applications (capital expenditures, IT services, employee on-/off-boarding and more).

Other new features in Integrify 6 include:

Integrify Mobile. Users can easily start a new request, complete a form or access their requests and tasks in a simple Integrify mobile app that is available for Apple iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Google Android and RIM BlackBerry devices.

Fully documented APIs. Simplified application programming interfaces for integration into existing environments.

New cloud-based options. Integrify 6 is built for the cloud with options for installed customers to host all or parts of Integrify on their own network. Customers that choose a cloud option will enjoy a robust auto-scaling platform, a highly secure environment, no hardware, software or internal technical resources required and access to the latest Integrify features. The Integrify Cloud is built to lower the total cost of ownership while enabling increased rapid development and deployment of “process apps” than a traditional installed solution, says Integrify.

Integrify Private Cloud. Integrify 6 introduces a private cloud option for customers wishing to keep their data separate from the standard cloud or those who wish to have control over the introduction of new features and versions. The private cloud option also allows for secure VPN connectivity to internal resources.

Integrify Hybrid Cloud. For customers who wish to keep their data inside the firewall and connect Integrify to internal resources, a hybrid cloud option is also available. The hybrid cloud is designed to address the following common use cases that typically preclude a cloud-based solution:

  • store data on an internally hosted database,
  • authenticate against internal resources to enable single-sign on, and
  • allow secure access to internal databases and Web services.
