BPO Solutions provider seeks efficiency in global communications

Chicago, IL - May 2nd, 2007 - Integrify Software, Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise Request Management (ERM) software, announced that Promantra Synergy Solutions, a Business and Clinical Process Solutions provider headquartered in Pocatello Idaho, has chosen its Integrify OnDemand request management solution to increase the efficiency of its request management between facilities in the United States and India. Integrify is already automating the company's clinical quality control and workflow acuity management process and has plans to expand to revenue cycle management, collections and vendor management resolution in the coming months.

"A big problem in business process outsourcing is the communication channel—the difference in time, language and experience," said Tal Bratton, product director, Promantra. "We were sending emails back and forth and there was no structure to it, no reporting, no monitoring, no closure, and everyone was really frustrated."

Bratton looked at several products that offered quick ramp-up and were economical, and after testing the packages, he recognized that Integrify's core strength -- request management - was the most important part of the system for Promantra.

The Integrify software solution is a flexible Enterprise Request Management (ERM) system that allows companies to automate requests and streamline processes. The software provides form creation, routing definition and tracking tools to those responsible for processing requests, minimizing data entry and simplifying requests for approval and fulfillment. Integrify is web-based, allowing for easy user accessibility and management of business processes. The solution eliminates problems typically related to labor-intensive processes such as manual paper handling and email requests, and can reduce costs per transaction 60 to 90 percent as opposed to paper-based processes.

Bratton also wanted a solution that didn't require a huge staff; with more than 375 employees in India but only fifteen in the United States, Promantra didn't have the bandwidth to assign a team just to the request management system. Integrify's OnDemand system was an ideal fit.

The OnDemand solution is a monthly service that offers the full functionality of the Integrify software via the Internet without requiring on-site installation and maintenance of the software. Customers can see the benefits to their business almost immediately due to the solution's easy set-up including unlimited processes that the customer defines, unlike other options on the market that only provide limited, pre-built processes that may not match a company's needs.

Implemented in January, Bratton says the system was up and running in two days. Ten employees are currently designated users, with plans to grow that number as they expand the system across facilities.

"The other thing we like is that the Integrify people are just so responsive," said Bratton. "The follow-up is good and the return on investment was almost instantaneous. When we calculate how much time people were spending emailing back and forth trying to confirm and authorize requests, this system is paying for itself."
