Software Engineer, Front-End

Job Description

The Software Engineer (Frontend) will help design and implement new applications based on internal and external user feedback on our Business Workflow Management software. This engineer will also play a pivotal role in establishing the overall theme and User Experience of the next generation of the Integrify suite of tools.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with our existing development team to design and build a scalable, high-performing frontend for Integrify’s Business Workflow Management application
  • Help establish the theme and usability of various applications
  • Design and implement screens and other UI elements
  • Provide technical direction regarding frontend architecture and UI frameworks
  • Drive industry best practices regarding code quality, code organization, automated testing, etc.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers in all aspects of software development and delivery
  • Investigate and fix defects as well as make visual/usability enhancements
  • Work closely with technology leadership to scope, plan, and estimate development efforts, as well as communicate progress and impediments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Required Experience

Software Engineer, Back-End

Account Executive

Integrify headquarters is in Chicago, Illinois. This is a fully remote position.

Integrify is seeking candidates that can drive revenue growth for our SaaS and services-based solutions by prospecting, qualifying, and driving sales using consultative selling approaches within their assigned market segment.

You will work closely with the Sales Director, Marketing, and the Business Development Team to drive sales strategies and tactics that support revenue goals in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leverage both inbound and outbound sales activity to generate new business and meet sales quotas.
  • Lead prospect sales demos/presentations of Integrify’s workflow solution to qualified prospects.
  • Drive and manage the sales cycle forward from lead qualification through all opportunity stages.
  • Source, research, prospect, and qualify outbound leads to generate new sales activities and penetrate industry-specific accounts.
  • Generate new opportunities from outbound sales campaigns in key market segments.
  • Qualify and manage prospective clients for trial requests, mock-ups, and pilot programs.
  • Implement marketing and sales strategy within assigned market segments to qualify opportunities and solve business problems utilizing the Integrify workflow solution.
  • Oversee all aspects of solution and pricing proposals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and respond to prospect RFP’s.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to provide pipeline updates, forecasts, account management documentation, and activity reports.
  • Marshal internal technical and services team resources to respond and deliver on requirements needed to advance opportunities and meet prospect requests.
  • Work closely with DevOps, Account Management, and Services to ensure a successful project launch and customer onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous direct SaaS (minimum 3 years) or software sales experience (BPM, workflow automation software, or similar applications preferred)
  • Successful applicants will have demonstrated success selling software applications to mid-sized and enterprise accounts.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota and a proven history of generating new revenue and acquiring new customer logos.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage their own time with minimal supervision to complete tasks, and produce sales results.
  • Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and practice.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work and excel independently, but within a team environment.

Customer Care Representative (Fully Remote)

Job Description

Working as a gatekeeper to resolve, respond & ensure that the customer's needs are fully satisfied within the metrics of their support contract. The CCR will work internally with the Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Support, and QA teams to coordinate the quick and accurate diagnosis of customer challenges based on severity and impact on the customer’s operations. In addition, this individual will ensure the documentation on the Integrify help site is accurate and current based on the latest product releases.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a customer advocate to ensure that all departments understand customers’ requirements and respond with the right quality of service within the boundaries of their purchased support contract.
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Take on the role of help site librarian to maintain the accuracy of the information provided to our customers is easy to access, understand and apply.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to grow strong relationships with our customers by demonstrating various ways to implement Integrify within their organization.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure customer issues, bugs, enhancements, and features are properly replicated and documented to allow for proper testing after implementation.
